1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BuildDream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

BuildDream provides AI-powered image synthesis services. Users can upload images and use credits to generate combined artworks in various formats including static images, GIFs, videos, and Live Photos.

3. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased through our payment processor (Stripe). Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases where our service fails to generate a result, in which case credits will be automatically refunded. Credit packs do not expire.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading content, you grant BuildDream a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating artwork. Generated artworks belong to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

BuildDream is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.
